Last off-weekend of the 2008 Sprint Cup season means the third and final installment of my Classic Starting Grid series! Today, we revisit the Restrictor Plate Era of 1988 to today.

Be sure to tune in next Saturday afternoon, July 26, for a very special 15th Annual Allstate 400 at the Brickyard Starting Grid. And YES, before anyone asks again, I WILL be using the "Delta Force" theme (among other things). ;)

Due to the extremely tight scheduling deal that puts qualifying the day before the race, I'm hoping to have the Indianapolis grid uploaded by around 4 P.M. Pacific on Saturday, July 26. That way, I hope, anyone who wants to see my grid can see it in prime time the night before the race. :)
