Delta Air Lines' Ed Bastian told CNN's "Issue #1" online business show on Friday that international growth and an aggressive fuel hedging program helped us achieve an operating profit in the June quarter, but that oil prices continue to be a looming threat over the industry.
In a wide-ranging interview with CNN's Ali Velshi, Ed also talked about the outlook on fares, speculation in the oil markets, domestic capacity cuts and our merger with Northwest Airlines. |
