Jul 15 - With Barack Obama planning a trip to Iraq and Afghanistan, the presumptive Democratic nominee laid out his vision for Iraq's future.Obama laid out his strategy for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan-- prior to talking to U.S. commanders in the region and before visiting Afghanistan for the first time.
