XM/Sirius Merger Held Up In Face Of New Requirements

The much-anticipated decision regarding whether or not the XM/Sirius merger will be allowed to move forward continues to hang in the balance with the FCC requesting more concessions from the two companies. Two of the five members of the commission have voted in favor of allowing the merger to go forward but a key vote from commission member Jonathan Adelstein could be determined by whether or not the companies will meet some additional demands.
