Key Microsoft exec behind Yahoo deal leaves

SEATTLE (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday that Kevin Johnson, president of Microsoft's largest business division who spearheaded the company's pursuit of Yahoo Inc (YHOO.O: Quote, Profile, Research), is leaving the software maker.
The company will undergo a reorganization, splitting the division that Johnson runs, platforms and services, into two separate groups, Windows/Windows Live and online services. Both groups will report to Chief Executive Steve Ballmer.
