By Karen Dandurant KITTERY, Maine - The Maine Marine Patrol was forced to call off its dive team search for Christopher Tobey, a missing and presumed dead lobsterman, because of rough sea conditions. "We are terminating the search," said Sergeant Rick LaFlamme at 4 p.m. on Thursday. "We have found some debris but nothing else. Weve been here since 5 this morning so the fatigue factor comes into play.
