NOVICE Labor MPs have been handed detailed "cheat sheets" by the Federal Government to try to prevent damaging Budget bloopers.
The secretive document -- a copy of which has been seen by the Herald Sun -- gives advice to MPs on how to fend off questions over cuts to family payments, health, education and defence spending.
